Code of Conduct Policy

All attendees, speakers, and volunteers at our conference are required to comply with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

In a Nutshell...

We are an anti-bullying community. Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), etc. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language, innuendo, imagery, or physical contact is not appropriate at any TweenABC event and or on social media outlets.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the conference with no refund.

How to report harassment:

Reports of harassment in any form should be made to a member of our volunteer staff. WE WILL TAKE YOUR CONCERNS SERIOUSLY. Look for the nice people in the yellow TABC t-shirts. All bullying and harassment concerns will be reported immediately to the conference organizers.
